Do Not Make Weak Decisions

don't make weak decsionsHow many decisions do you make daily that you are truly conscious of and you are actually aware of the potential outcomes from those decisions? Are you making good decisions or bad decisions? Maybe you are just making weak decisions.

Without exception, every decision that you make… each one affects the manner in which you create your life. Yet we often make many decisions in life without much thought or awareness – it is as if we are on autopilot and just going through the motions. Those would be weak decisions and when we make weak decisions, we end up with weak results and weak outcomes.

So why do we make weak decisions if we know that in the end what we will get as a result is going to be weak or mediocre at best?

We make weak decisions when we do not take the time to get clear with ourselves on what it is we really want in life. We fail to be clear with ourselves as to what outcome we would ultimately like to see.

In many cases, we truly do not know what we want. If we do not know what we want, and we can not be clear and honest with ourselves about that, then how can we be expected to make a strong decision that will steer us in that direction?

We may say repeatedly what we want, but more often than not, these are just empty statements and not firm declarations based on decisions make out of awareness. They are merely whims… or wishes if you will.

Don’t make weak decisions in your life, and the first step to doing that is to ask yourself before any decision, and before you take any action based on that decision, exactly what do you want the outcome to be. Never go into any event, situation, etc, without first checking in with yourself in regards to what you want out of it.

The chances are that you do go into situations with a desired expectation, but do not really look at them and become aware of them. Once you take the time to notice what it is you want… you might find yourself making different decisions based on that new information.

What this means it that for a lot people their lives lack conscious creation. Their lives are created by default. Many times this is based on what they are led to believe they want in life rather than looking inward and learning what it is that “they” truly want or need to be fulfilled.

To have anything of value in our lives is a choice; and you are not going to get there by making weak decisions. This is why it is so important to have a clear understanding of what it is that you truly want and desire out of life. Know what you want, not what you “think” you should want. Make a strong or powerful decision (the opposite of a weak decision) to go after it and move in that direction.

If you are not where you want to be in life then decide to go elsewhere. It is that simple. Decide, and then act. Just don’t do it based on weak decisions or weak decision making.
