Joyfully Live Today

joyfully live todayJoyfully live today and as the quote from Joseph Campbell says, “Participate joyfully in the sorrows of the world. We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in joy.”

Joyfully Live Today

Focus on the pleasure of living today – not the struggle of getting through the day.

Joyfully live today by tackling the things in your life that you CAN control and let go of all of things that you cannot.

Instead of living in fear and of things that have not happened yet (and probably won’t) joyfully anticipate (and expect) the miracles of the day.

Smile and laugh today while trying to share your joy with others. By just smiling and saying hello to someone on the street, you have the power to change their day from bad to good. Affect everyone you meet with your smile.

You are unique… just like everyone else! (I’ve always wanted to fit that into Blog!) Today, instead of focusing on the “differences” in others, joyfully celebrate the uniqueness and the diversity of everyone in your life.

Today, look for the sunshine in your life, literally. Go out and sit in the sun for even five minutes with your eyes closed and feel the warmth as it radiates against you skin. Contemplate the “wowness” of the universe and what a miracle it is that we are even here.

Joyfully live today and commit to sharing that joy, as it is a win-win for everyone. Vow to put more good and positive energy into the world than bad or negative.

I personally believe that each one of us has the power, individually, to do our part to lift the energetic vibration of the planet. I know it sounds like hokey, new-age, woo-woo kind of stuff but it is true.

Live in joy today and pass that joy onto others so that they can pass it on as well. The good that you put into the world can have a much broader impact than you can realize and that is something to keep in mind.

Joyfully live today because when it comes down to it you are either a positive influence or negative influence to the collective emotional state of society… it is your choice as to what you want to contribute and how.

So what are you going to do?
