Letting Go Of Crap

letting go of crapLetting go of crap is probably, in my opinion, in the top five list of things that we must learn and master in this life if we are to have any shot at all at being happy.

Letting Go Of Crap

Crap happens in life. Other people say and do crappy things and like it or not it has an impact in our lives. And of course if you do not let go of that crap throughout the course of your life, in the end, that is all that you will be carrying around.

Just lots of crap…

In order to move on in life we have to let go…

Regardless of how good you are at letting go of crap – there can always be the unforeseen plot twist.

Say there are things in your past… crap, that you carried around for many, many years that you finally managed to not only let go of, but you have also thoroughly washed your hands of as well. You are crap free, at least from that particular crap.

So what do you do when someone rushes up to you (more than likely someone with the same type of crap/shared crap) and puts it right the heck back in your hands?

“Like hey… is this yours? Did you forget your crap? You must have! Here… have some of mine!”

Once again… you are covered in crap… it may be old crap, it may be dried crap, but it’s still crap. Clean hands no more.

To be honest, I really do not have an answer to this one as this article truly falls into the, I am writing about it not to be understood but to understand it myself, category. But I have a theory…

Letting go of crap is important to know how to do because life is always throwing new crap at us. But more importantly, there may be times when old crap comes back, and just as we let go of it before, we will have to let go of it again. Old crap or new crap… it is still crap, and letting go of crap and moving on, that is what it is all about.
