Make 2016 Your Best Year Yet

Make 2016 Your Best Year YetToday is the last day of 2015 and starting tomorrow you have the chance to make 2016 your best year yet. With the New Year comes the opportunity to accomplish great things in all areas of your life.

You can make 2016 your best year by finally breaking those habits that have been limiting your opportunities and achievements in life. Be willing to put yourself in situations where you can learn something about yourself and life every day.

Take the time this year to figure out what you are passionate about and spend time pursuing those endeavors. Spend some time working on yourself and your own personal growth. Make an effort every day to make a positive impact to the world and to those around you.

If you want to make 2016 your best year ever then be willing to take some risks to build the life that you really want. Never view the unknown as a risk. See constant familiarity, routine, and ruts as risky instead. Don’t follow the worn path in life but be willing to take the road less traveled instead.

Make this the year that you stop acting like a victim and take charge of your life, take charge your thoughts, and take charge of your circumstances! Never just “let things happen,” be someone who makes things happen.

You will need deliberate thought and intentional follow through with great action in order to make 2016 your best year ever. Stop reviewing options, make decisions and act on them. Decide at which level you want to play life at and make it so. No, it probably won’t be easy but do you really want to keep playing it safe on the sidelines?

This coming year, embrace discipline with the understanding that the pain of regret exceeds the pain of making trade-offs. Give up on instant gratification and look at the long-term instead.

When you look at this year ahead of you, plan to go all out. Commit to push yourself to the next level in your career, your relationships, your business, your health, and in all areas of your life. Level-up your life in 2016.

Go all out and hang on until you finish and make 2016 your best year ever. That’s what I plan to do!
