Success Comes With A Cost

success comes with a costSuccess comes with a cost. To be a success, you must be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your dreams; there might be a cost but it is worth it, and it is that willingness to do whatever it takes that separates the successful from the non-successful.

When it comes down to it… there are only three forces that motivate people. The first two are avoiding pain and feeling pleasure, and those two motives are by driven mostly by fear and desperation. The third is inspiration and it eclipses the other two.

Being motivated by fear or desperation doesn’t mean you won’t succeed, but when things become more challenging you will be more likely to give up. A person with inspiration takes inspired action knowing that success comes with a cost and challenges, as well as the subsequent rewards and benefits. And in knowing this, they keep forging ahead no matter what.

When you are inspired, you are willing to take the good with the bad in pursuit of your vision or goal. You know that success comes with a cost and you are willing to pay the toll to get to where you want to be in life.

Success Comes With A Cost

Every successful person goes through trials and tribulations with both positive and negative results along the way. A wise successful person can look back on their life and see that every single event, person, place, or idea was part of the plan to get them to where they are now. Nothing was a coincidence and nothing was a mistake.

If you look at successful people regardless of where they may be from, you will see that they were completely focused on what they were doing. They dedicated their lives 100 percent to making their dreams happen. They have the ability to be present and maintain sustained attention to their goals. Successful people focus their attention on winning the race, getting the gold medal, and an absolute mastery of their chosen task or endeavor. They practice sustained attention 24×7.

Most people wait to see things before they believe them but the successful person believes it before seeing it. Your life is created by your thoughts and subsequent actions each day. When you get clear on exactly what you want, and take the time to decide exactly how you want to live your life, the next step is to write it down and then take action. Doing that, success is sure to follow.

Success is rarely an accident and success comes with a cost. It requires that you face your fears and master them. You must also have the resiliency to handle the challenges and crisis that you encounter along the way. You have to understand that everything happens, good and bad, for a reason and that they serve you in the end to get you to where you want to be.

Do you believe that success comes with a cost? What has it cost you? What have you gained? What are you willing to do or endure in your life in the pursuit of success?
