There Is Always Enough Time

there is always enough timeWe like to think that there is always enough time for whatever in life but that is rarely the case. Time is the great equalizer; everyone gets 24 hours in a day, the poor no less than the wealthy, and in the end, we never know when time will finally run out for any of us.

For me, last week was all about time, taking time off, making the best of my time, and enjoying the time spent with my daughter traveling with her on her spring break. It was a once in a lifetime trip that we were able to take but it also required time and some trade-offs but it is also time that I would never change or trade for anything.

Opportunities for trips and experiences such as we had last week are few and precious in life. We often think there is always enough time to do things in life but really, there is not…

There Is Always Enough Time

There is always enough time to go back to school and finish that degree… no there is not.

There is always enough time to start going to the gym or start working out and exercising but there is not.

We believe there is always enough time to say thank you to everyone who has helped us in life…

We believe there is always enough time to drop that nasty habit or addiction…

We think there is always enough time to tell those closest to us that we do in fact love them…

We believe there is always enough time to forgive those who have wronged us… we also believe there is always enough time to ASK for forgiveness for those we have wronged…

We believe there is always enough time to call, email, or contact and old friend but there isn’t… (Trust me… at my age this one is becoming more and more clear.)

We believe there is plenty of time to discover and find out what it is that we are truly passionate about in life and pursue it…

We believe there is always more time to start “pitching in” to make the world a better place by acting locally or even globally…

We believe there is always more time to start spending less and saving more…

Lastly, we believe there is always more time to truly begin to live our lives – sadly, there is not…
